Did you know you can change your habits by doing small physical actions one at a time and slowly discipline yourself into another state?

Not revision.

You take steps opposite to what you were doing before and create new habits that override your previous addictions that no longer serve you.

Forexample…

If you are addicted to alcohol. You can deliberately stay away from bars and also not stock your fridge with it.

When the thirst comes…you move very far from where you have access and use lots of deep breaths to calm your mind down.

Another example…

If you are a spendthrift, put money in an account where you don’t have access to it for a long while.

Also, you can give yourself a small fixed amount of money and force yourself to live off of that for a long time. This may mean skipping meals or not paying for any luxury items you don’t need by getting rid of credit cards or cooking at home rather than going out to eat from fancy restaurants.

Beating bad habits will greatly improve how you feel and your potential for even bigger manifestations will go up.

Remember Neville Goddard said: “Habit is not Law!” but guess what? There is a wheel of recurrence where recreated moments occur over from your previous physical experiences.

Changing habits physically will save you from such a mess.

The less you spend on addictions, the more secure you will feel. With new habits, you will achieve some goals faster than revision.
